Six steps from signup to first data
The dashboard is built for clinical efficiency. Each step is straightforward and the whole sequence fits in the time between two patients.
Create a clinician account
Sign up at respeaktherapy.com with your email. No credit card required to start. The dashboard opens immediately.
Add your first patient
Click "Add Patient" and enter their name. The system generates a short linking code for the patient. This code connects their phone to your dashboard.
Send the patient their code
Share the code at your next session or by text. The patient enters it in the ReSpeak app on their iPhone. Your dashboard starts receiving their data from that point forward.
Assign exercises
From the patient's profile, select which exercises they should practice and at what difficulty. Your selections go live on their phone immediately.
Review session recordings
After each practice session, the recordings appear in the patient's session log. Click any attempt to hear the audio. Cueing data is logged automatically alongside each recording.
Adjust between appointments
If a patient is struggling with a specific exercise or not practicing consistently, you can see it in the dashboard and act on it before their next scheduled session.
